Currently, we are seeking to appoint a dynamic individual whose role is to always represent the best interest of the buyer. The primary responsibilities include; client management and support, business development, sourcing appropriate properties, research, negotiating and supporting the transaction through to settlement.
You will have access to the latest research tools and our advanced inhouse research and reporting systems. So your clients will have all the information to make an informed decision.
The role will require a dynamic and savvy sales professional, who has experience in residential sales, with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and immaculate presentation. You will need to be very customer focused and thrive on that feeling to please clients and earn their trust and respect. In reward you will be offered the ability to earn excellent commissions!
